XBOX-Mod.co.uk retains a certain level of information about our customers in order that we can process the orders you place with us. The information you provide when ordering will not be sold, lent or otherwise disseminated beyond XBOX-Mod.co.uk, and we make every effort to secure any data we hold.
Although our restricted use of personal data exempts us from registering under the Data Protection Act 1998, we adhere to the Data Protection Principles therein which in summary require that data shall be:

Warranty
All original Xbox 1's that have been modded by us, carry a full 3 month RTB (return to base) warranty, this warranty covers both the modchip installation and any work we have carried out on your Xbox. All xbox 360's that have been modified by us, carry just a 7 day RTB (return to base) warranty, this gives you ample time to test your console is working correctly.
Items purchased separately such as DVD rom drives, hard drives, controllers and other assessories also carry a 3 month RTB warranty.

Returns
All items are fully tested prior to despatch and so to protect us against abuse of our returns policy, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 25% of the value of all items purchased.
Before returning any item to us please contact us with a full description of the problem, if the item needs to be returned to us then we will then issue you an RMA number and details on how to return the item.
