I stumbled upon your site while looking for someone who I could trust with my second XBOX to upgrade it for me.
I asked a few questions they were answered politely and curtiously.
I wrapped my XBOX in a pile of bubble wrap and not having the original box, i placed it in an egg box with extra wadding out of a sofa cusion.
A couple of days later my XBOX is back working exactly as i asked and too my amazement and amusement was wrapped exactly as i had done for the outward journey.

I have just received the new modded Xbox and would like to thank you all very much for the excellent service you have given. I am amazed at the speed that you turned the xbox around and am stunned at the amount that the new xbox can now do. It has no difficulty in playing any of my backed up games, films or Mp3's. I am also looking forward to playing some of the retro games with the built in emulator, I spent many a misspent afternoon lurcking at the local arcade when I should have been at school.

Let me sum this up in 2 words -:- Fantastic Service!
Can I also say "Thank You to all the Team", that was the easiest internet transaction I have ever done, I just walked into my local Halifax, handed over me dosh, with the account details you emailed me just 10 mins earlier and when I got home 10 minutes later, you had already emailed me confirming the payment had been received and that my XBOX would be despatched that same day. Then only an hour or so later I was emailed a UPS tracking number to track the parcel, but before I could even do the track the following day at 9:20am there was a knock at the door and a man dressed in brown with a brown parcel, my XBOX. Everything is as you say on your website. (delivery perfect and it works perfectly).
If you ever need a reference or have a customer who is a bit unsure, as I first was, then feel free to send them my email address.

I found this site from a friends recommendation, and even though im a little paranoid about ordering off the web, i decided it was the safest option. In the week of research the team were very efficient and polite answering every question i sent, and very quickly too, so i decided that id part with my hard earned cash for what looked like a worthy purchase. As soon as the cheque was received i was told to post my box, and i did, to receive it just a few days later modded.
I was initially worried when i opened it at home, finding all of my original packaging in pristine condition and fearing the worst that Id been conned. However; as soon as i opened the box itself i saw a nice laminated advice sheet and my xbox safely packaged just as Id sent it off, which made me very relieved. The x-box looks like nothing has been done to it either, it looks like it just came out of the factory. Turning it on and it ran perfectly first time, all very simple, yet doing everything that the site promises.
If anyone is looking for a professional mod and upgrade, without fear of any damage to your xbox, from a very helpful and informative site, who are polite, efficient and keep great communications with you then this is the place to order from.

Hi Team,
I just wanted to give you some feedback to show some gratitude. You guys were more than helpful, I wanted a premodded XBOX fast and could not wait a couple of days for my nochex account to be verified, you suggested I could pay directly over the counter into any branch of Halifax, I did this and rushed home to email you, but when I got home you had already emailed me confirming you had just received the payment and my XBOX would be despatched that same day.
Anyway true to your word, a couple of hours later I received another email saying it had been despatched and was given an online tracking number, at 9am the very next morning there was man at my door with my brand new Crystal XBOX.
NOW THAT IS WHAT I CALL SERVICE, everything works perfectly and how they modded it I don't know as it looks like nothing has been opened. I just love the laminated instruction sheet, it explains everything I needed to know, very professional. If anyone reading this is wondering like I was how good is xbox-mod, let me tell you, I'm glad I used them and will recommend them to everyone.

I want to take this oppertunity to inform other customers of the great service you guys offer. I purchased one of the pre-modded xboxes some time ago and it worked perfectly! Delivery was extremely quick and the modchip features were excellent. The pre-installed software is amazing and is set up brilliently.
Just recently, i flashed the bios wrong (totally my fault, small brain). I asked the guys on here and they helped my try a few things. Turns out that the backup bios didnt work at the time my box was made, so they have sent me a new chip (for the excellent price of a reflash of £5) and include some wire and solder to install it with! Every e-mail exchanged was friendly and of top notch technicial information!
Needless to say i've recommended these guys over the past 4 months too 3 of my closest friends, all of which are enjoying modded xbox's and are extremely impressed with the service! If you are reading this, and are unsure whether or not to buy from these guys, DO IT!!! You will not be dissapointed!

The xbox-mod crew answered my questions faster than I expected. Delivery was very fast to Finland. It took only 3 working days! I can't even get those chips from Finland that fast and these are also cheaper. There's no reason to order from anywhere else. Chips also included installed connector and pin-header for Xboxes LPC port, what I didn't expected. Very nice!
