All xboxes will be repaired or modified to your specifications as soon as your payment has cleared and will be despatched by Secure Courier. Payments made with cash, cash payments directly into our bank account and transfers from bank to bank are normally instant. Once payment has been made we usually email you, or if that is not possible, we will telephone you confirming your order. Once your xbox has been repaired or modified to your specifications it will undergo a full burn in bench test and will then be despatched the next working day. As soon as your xbox has been despatched we will email you an online tracking number, so you can track it's progress at any time of the day or night, but your xbox would normally arrive the next working day in any case.
Non UK residents, including N.I. please email us for prices before ordering, should you make payment from overseas without first emailing for extra shipping charges, we will contact you with the extra charge for shipping as your goods will not be dispatched until the correct shipping charges have been paid. Should you at this stage request a full refund, it will be granted, however there will be a surcharge depending on the payment method used.
